Basic Design
Design criteria, process specifications, technical lists and time-line with more accurate cost estimates (±15%).
Executive Design
Bills of materials, 3D models and supply management to improve definition of technical aspects and cost estimates (±10%).
Construction Management
Planning, permissions and authorizations, site and safety management, to ensure time-lines, quality standards and compliance requirements are met.
Testing and Qualification
Design review, FAT/SAT testing and C&Q plans to ensure the installations are compliant and fully operational.
Civil and Structural Engineering
Site development, design of internal layouts and structures to ensure robustness and functionality of spaces.

Management of raw steam and condensate, hot and cold water, compressed air, exhaust gases and liquids and ventilation.
