and manufactured for the <strong>temporary storage<\/strong> and <strong>transportation of products that are susceptible<\/strong> to contamination from the surrounding environment, taking into account the need to contain the greatest number of trays in the smallest possible footprint.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to the horizontal laminar flow, guaranteed by a UPS-powered dry-battery fan and a HEPA H14 filter barrier, this system <strong>is able to maintain Class A (ISO Class 5) conditions within the internal cabin volume while the load is being stainless steel sheet with a Scotch Brite satin finish, and serves as the supporting structure of the machine. The various parts are fastened together using stainless steel nuts, screws and bolts. The casing houses the following units:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>The ventilation system<\/b><\/li>\n<li><b>The power system<\/b>, complete with rechargeable accumulator batteries.<\/li>\n<li><b>The electrical panel<\/b>, control system and HMI panel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For easy and ergonomic handling, the trolley is equipped with 4 x 80 mm, polyamide swivel wheels. 2 of these 4 wheels are equipped with brakes for parking the trolley. To access the various internal parts of the machine, it is equipped with <b>removable inspection panels<\/b>. All components feature rounded edges, making easier to clean.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"slide-text\"><h2> Laminar flow <span class=\"accent\">operating cabin<\/span><\/h2><p>The operating cabin represents the <b>machine\u2019s operational volume<\/b>, i.e., the space where the horizontal laminar flow guarantees the load is protected while being transferred.<\/p>\n<p>The cabin is manufactured entirely in 12 mm thick <b>polycarbonate<\/b>. with chamfered stainless steel edges to facilitate cleaning and has internal dimensions of 450x580xh910 mm.
